Important Information for Your Upcoming Procedure

If you have questions about your procedure, please contact your doctor to ensure all your concerns are addressed. You may be asked to complete a medical history form at your doctor’s office, which will be forwarded to Alicia Surgery Center.

For any questions about our center, a nurse from Alicia Surgery Center will call you before your procedure. Typically, this call will take place at least one day in advance to confirm your scheduled time, review final preparations, and discuss any payment due. During this call, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any additional questions.

If you have not received a call by 2:00 PM the day before your procedure, please contact us at .
